Gary Mull


Gary began his real estate career as a broker, representing retail tenants for site selection and negotiation. After success in this space, he quickly moved into executive positions with retailers McCrory Stores and Ralphs Grocery Company.

In 1990, Gary joined Lundin Development as a general partner and was involved in all aspects of acquisition as well as development for community shopping centers. After six successful years, Gary joined PFC Investments as a managing member leading the company's retail development activities where he served successfully until the inception of Providence Investment Properties, in 2002.

He founded Providence with a unique vision and passion to offer a different approach for real estate solutions. In turn, he knew the right team of trusted professionals would be essential for carrying out the vision. Gary hand selected many of the best that Southern California had to offer and has built a team he is confident can stand up to any challenge.

There has been over 1.9 million square feet of retail space developed or redeveloped on his watch since 1990. Under his guidance, the Providence team has acquired, developed, redeveloped, or consulted on projects for Walmart, Home Depot, Kmart, Sears, Winco, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, Albertsons, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, Regal Cinemas, Best Buy, Circuit City, Linen 'N Things, Big Lots!, Stage Department Stores, and more. Gary brings great market knowledge, expertise, and leadership to the Providence team and each client engagement.
